• To evaluate and study the position of the identified prospects customers/dealers in the industry
• To maintain and develop good relationship with customers/dealers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone ETC.
• To research about different sales options and analyzing them
• To sell the company products by creating contacts and further making relationships with the prospects
• To recommend solutions to any problems faced by the customers/dealers
• To provide proper information, guidance and support to the customers/dealers hence enhancing the relationships
• To study the current market trends for a product and identify improvements
• To analyse the competition brand closely.
• To be able to work with a team and achieve the desired results.

• Preferably with Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma
• Good understanding and experienced within tyre industry, knowledge of truck tyre is a plus
• A mature, independent and self-driven individual with customer service mind set and passion for people development.
• Proficient communication skills in English (speaking, reading and writing) and willingness to travel.
• Good communicate in English both in speaking and reading.
• Leadership, initiative and self-discipline is a must

• The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive compensation package which may earn from 7 million to 20 million dong.
