Interface with operations on a timely basis
Plan and coordinate with sale on site for familiarization tours and site inspections.
Manage the profile of all accounts (Corporate, TA/TO, MICE, PCO..) with full information.Services existing business through management of account base.
Provide direction on, and conducts market research and analysis
Prepares proposals and contracts that are geared to maximize profit while satisfying client needs.
Prepare administration documents required for sales and business accounts.
Initiate and prepare tenders for business
Participates in the development and implementation of business strategies for the Hotel which are aligned with Brand’s overall mission, vision values and strategies.
Develops and implements sales strategies that support achievement of the Hotel’s financial goals.
Uses outside sales calls, prospecting, hotels tours and hosting of clients to solicit new business.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese, English and preferably one more language.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
One- two years in hospitality
Local market knowledge of hotel industry preferred
University Graduated diploma required
