INNOMIZE is looking for a talented Sales Executive to join our team; this role is responsible for pre- selling and selling to new clients and providing excellent service supporting team revenue goals in the IT market.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Qualify leads and identify key decision- makers within target organizations.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for outbound calls, meetings set, and pipeline contribution.
Submit weekly progress reports.
Continuously expand knowledge of industry trends and service offerings to communicate the value proposition to prospects effectively.
Collaborate closely with the sales & marketing team to develop and implement strategies to generate a robust pipeline of qualified meetings.
Conduct outreach to potential prospects through various channels including cold calling, emails, and social media platforms.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Ability to research, update and analyze market trends.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology/ Business Administration or related field.
English Proficiency in both writing and speaking is a must.
Experience working in a client support role.
Basic knowledge and interest in IT industry (websites, mobile applications, ...)
Ability to build rapport.
Ability to think creatively and strategically
Experience in working towards fixed deadlines and client expectation management.
At least 1+ year experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT outsourcing/offshore industry.
Highly responsible, careful, hardworking, initiative and able to work under pressure.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficient computer skills (Word, Spreadsheet, and Presentation software).
