Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results- driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our accommodations, tour packages, and travel- related services across Vietnam. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with property & corporate clients, travel agencies, and other B2B partners to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

Reports to: Sales Manager / Director of Sales
Job Summary
Sales & Business Development
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Promote accomodations, tour packages, transportation, and other travel services
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to potential clients
• Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B & B2C)
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients and partners
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain relationships with:
• Corporate clients
• Tour operators
• Handle inquiries, quotations, and follow- ups promptly
• Event planners
• Travel agents
• Property Businesses
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Market Research & Strategy
• Support development of pricing strategies and promotional campaigns
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Identify new sales channels and partnership opportunities
Coordination & Operations
• Work closely with operations, reservations, and marketing teams
• Assist in organizing travel packages and customized itineraries
• Ensure smooth delivery of services to clients
Reporting
• Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
• Track KPIs and performance metrics

Requirements
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in:
• Experience in the Vietnam tourism market is highly preferred
• Travel agency / tour operator / hotel sales
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Vietnam travel destinations and tourism products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Language Requirements
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Additional languages (Chinese, Korean, etc.) are a plus
• Fluent in Vietnamese (required)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Number of new clients acquired
• Client retention rate
• Monthly/quarterly sales revenue
• Market expansion (new partners/accounts)
• Conversion rate (leads to sales)
