Sales Executive (logistics/ freight forwarding)

We are looking for a true Hunter Sales professional to aggressively develop new customers and grow LCL shipment volume. This role is not for order- takers. You will be expected to prospect daily, close new business consistently, and build your own customer portfolio.
Working location: Hoang Quoc Viet Str, Nghia Do Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam
Aggressive New Business Development (Core Mission)

Build a strong pipeline of new, qualified leads and convert them into active LCL customers
Actively hunt for new customers and develop LCL business both export and import
Take full ownership of your personal sales target and results
Perform daily cold calls, cold emails, visits, quotations

LCL Sales & Volume Growth

Prepare competitive quotations, follow up aggressively, and close deals fast
Identify upselling and long- term growth opportunities within your accounts
Drive consistent growth and booking frequency from newly acquired customers
Sell LCL consolidation services on assigned and self- developed trade lanes

Execution & Attention to Detail

Ensure accuracy in quotations, contracts, and customer instructions
Follow up proactively on bookings, schedules, and customer feedback
Work closely with operations and customer service to ensure smooth shipment execution

Sales Discipline & Reporting

Other report when required
Maintain accurate and up- to- date customer and pipeline data in company’s system
Track competitor activity and market trends to sharpen sales strategy
Report daily on sales activities, new accounts, and booking performance

Experience & Background

Proven success in hunter sales / new business development
Minimum 1 YoE in logistics, freight forwarding, or LCL services
Strong understanding of LCL, Incoterms, and freight forwarding processes is a big plus
English communication
