Sales Executive (Logistics Service)

- Coordinate with other departments to deploy and monitor work.

- Promote sales of all company services, forwarding, customs clearance, project, and domestic logistics services.
- Coach, lead and motivate staff to reach personal and departmental.
- Building strong relationships with current & potential customers, attending customer’s inquiries.
- Calculate and submit quotations and tenders efficiently and follow up accordingly.
- Develop and implement weekly/monthly/yearly plans to ensure assigned revenue targets of the sales team.
- Set targets for yourself and the sales team, as well as growth targets for volume and market share for the sales team.

- Perform market research and analysis, develop and implement strategy, and communicate company policy to the sales team. Propose business strategies for each stage.

- Research, expand, and increase new customer

- Experience: 1- 4 years of sales in the logistics field.
- Language: English
- Age 24- 40
- Professional degree: Bachelor in economic major
- Skill :
Communication, negotiation, persuasion
Analyzing, synthesizing, planning, and implementing work
Have a sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for work
Coaching, assignment, and team motivation skills
