Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall departmental goals.
Update and maintain accurate client and sales records using CRM systems.
Actively develop and generate new business leads in Corporate, Weddings, Social Events, and Banquets segments.
Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and related correspondence for clients.
Conduct site inspections, client meetings, and presentations to showcase the property’s facilities and services.
Promote and sell event venues and banquet services, coordinating closely with internal departments for smooth event execution.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long- term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and work independently under pressure.
Service- oriented mindset with professional attitude and appearance.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in luxury hotels, banquets, events, or F&B.
Knowledge of the local luxury hospitality market is an advantage.
