Sales Executive (Sales Representative) Würth Industry Service (Vietnam) Company

- Maintain and support 6- S principals and initiatives;
- Monitor account receivables and support in the collection of such;
- Pipeline management and development
- Other tasks assigned by company;
- Engage in up- selling and/or cross- selling activities in order to maximize market share and profitability for both the customer as well as the Wrth organization;
- Maintenance and development of an assigned sales territory, including but not limited to new customer acquisition and extension of items sold to individual customers and improvement of profitability of such territory in order to reach individual and company sales, growth and gross profit targets.
- Aggressive market penetrations, facilitating all tools and services the Wrth can provide to the customer.
- Identifying and managing sales potential and driving sales with a potential oriented approach
- Compliance to ISO

Requirements of Competence
- Familiarity with C part products, especially Fasteners and MRO.
- Successful experience in sales or customer service field preferred
- Team work spirit
- Excellent communication, presentation, selling and negotiation skills
- 4 years of working experience in C- Part supply services or comparable industry’s accompanied by a tertiary education (Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree)
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented with demonstrated multi- task ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office software and ERP system (SAP)
- Fluency in English (oral and written).
- Ability to travel
- Familiarity with JIT Logistic Concepts and SCM solutions such as Kanban
- Self- motivated, confident, patient, responsible, good health condition
