Sales Executive (Solar Module Trading)

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company’s sales targets.
Report on sales progress, forecasts, and customer interactions to the Sales Manager.
Maintain long- term relationships with key accounts and build a strong sales pipeline.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend business improvements.
Coordinate with internal departments (technical, production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Present, promote, and sell solar panel products to both new and existing clients in the domestic market.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to expand market presence.
Identify and approach clients (EPCs, investors, etc.) in the renewable energy sector (solar farms, solar rooftops, etc.).
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Good command of English (spoken and written) for working with foreign partners and technical documents.
Willingness to travel domestically for business purposes.
Self- driven, result- oriented, and able to work independently.
Experience working with investors and project- based customers is a plus.
Leadership mindset with potential to develop into a team lead role.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
