Job Responsibilities
Communication & Liaison:Act as a liaison between the organization and Vietnamese government agencies, local partners, and other stakeholders.Translate and interpret documents or conversations between English and Vietnamese when needed.Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official correspondence in English and Vietnamese.
Logistics & Travel Arrangement:Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation for staff or visiting delegations.Prepare travel expense reports and related documentation.
Documentation & Data Management:Organize, file, and manage internal documents, contracts, and records.Maintain and update databases related to staff, operations, and external contacts.
Administrative Support:Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office.Manage appointments, schedules, and assist in organizing meetings/events.Maintain office supplies and handle procurement when necessary.
Project Coordination:Support ongoing projects and initiatives by coordinating logistics, drafting documents, and following up with relevant parties.Track progress, collect necessary data, and contribute to evaluations and reporting.
Support for Korean Delegation:Assist Korean staff or delegations during visits, including scheduling meetings and accompanying them to local institutions if required.Provide interpretation and cultural guidance to facilitate smooth communication and activities.
