Sales Executive (Vietnam Market)Aldex Trading

We are looking for a Sales Executive based in Vietnam to build and maintain relationships with recyclers and factories. The role involves both remote work and field sales visits.
Aldex Trading is an international trading company specializing in plastic scrap and recycling materials. Our company is part of a trading group headquartered in Malaysia, and we are now expanding into the Vietnam market.
Responsibilities:

Report customer feedback and market trends to the company.
Develop and maintain long- term customer relationships.
Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.
Promote and sell plastic scrap materials imported from Canada and the USA.
Contact potential recyclers and factories in Vietnam by phone or in person.
Work from home and travel when required to meet potential customers.

Requirements

Age 21–40 years old
Outgoing and willing to visit recyclers and factories when needed
No prior experience required — willing to learn
Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
Able to work independently from home
Own transportation is an advantage
Confident to make cold calls and communicate with customers

Monthly Salary: RM 2,000 (≈ 10,000,000 VND)
Commission:
61+ containers/month – commission negotiable
RM 7 per metric tonne for 21–40 containers/month
RM 10 per metric tonne for 41–60 containers/month
Opportunity to grow in an expanding international trading company
RM 5 per metric tonne for 1–20 containers/month
