Role and Responsibilities
Qualify leads based on defined criteria, ensuring alignment with the sales team&039;s objectives, and schedule appointments.
Conduct targeted outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to identify and engage potential customers within the SaaS space.
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM and sales enablement tools.
Collaborate closely with marketing to execute successful lead generation campaigns and provide feedback on market insights.
Present the company’s innovative Web- Super- APP solution, showcasing industry- specific benefits and value propositions to prospects.
Build and continuously expand a database of high- quality sales leads through research, networking, and analysis of market trends.
Foster relationships with prospects through consultative engagement, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive pre- sales experience.
Secure meetings and product demonstrations with key decision- makers at B2B companies, positioning the company as a solution to their business challenges.
Leverage market and industry knowledge to understand customer pain points and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
1- 2 years of proven experience in a sales development or inside sales role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify high- potential leads and track industry trends.
Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools to manage pipelines and track progress.
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.
(Preferred) Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
(Preferred) Experience selling to small and medium- sized enterprises (SMEs) in the SaaS space.
(Preferred) Familiarity with the Vietnamese market and business landscape.
Results- driven, with a passion for achieving goals and a motivation for commission- based compensation.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and customer needs in the technology sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Customer- centric approach with a proven track record of building strong relationships with prospects.
