● Follow the lead generation process, and convert potential customers to our clients.
● Involve in the welcome process when a client visits.
● Support the development team to communicate with the client if necessary
● Involved in contract, invoice, bill, and payment processing.
● Communicate with clients, and collect and analyze all requirements and information.
● Other assigned tasks.

● Comprehensive understanding of Japanese culture.
● Excellent Japanese: at least JLPT level N2 and willingness to use them.
● Motivational, Creative, Persuasiveness, Willingness to experiment.
● Presentation skill
● Excellent Japanese communication skills.
● Microsoft Office (word, excel) and Google skills.
● Ability to self- motivate and work independently.

● Salary review 2 times/year or on an excellent performance
