Opportunity to work directly with the company&039;s CEO, who has about 15 years of experience in software development.
Opportunities for candidates interested in partnering with NTQ to expand into Southeast Asian markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, or other high- potential markets (accompanied by Japan, South Korea, and Hong Kong) in Asia.
Opportunity for you to build a team, lead and manage a team of 3- 7 members.
To bid for large projects such as SAP, LMS, government bidding packages and a number of other service products => according to specific service offerings.
YOU WILL BE:
Develop market development strategy:

Propose process improvements to optimize service delivery time for customers.
Convince customers to use products/services, build customer trust in the business
Improve sales and customer care processes and ensure compliance with established processes.
Build trust, close relationships and act as a bridge between customers and the Company.
Continuously interact with customers to understand needs and receive new requests.
Develop business strategies to expand and cover the market.
Participate in the process of building and operating the sales process, payment process, customer care process...
Proactively approach and build relationships with customers to advise and introduce the company and products/services to customers.
Build a team to implement strategies and plans set out in activities

Develop and implement strategies to develop the Company&039;s image and brand and enhance the Company&039;s brand coverage in the market

Develop strategies to promote the Company&039;s image and increase brand coverage
Participate in the process of building and positioning the Company&039;s image and brand
Deploy activities to market the brand and support optimal production and business situations.

Perform reporting activities and other activities as requested by superiors.

Yêu cầu công việc

Can relocate if required
At least 3 years of experience in the field of ITO; Experienced sales leader/manager.
Enthusiastic, passionate, be prepared to seize opportunities and challenges as well
Fluency in verbal and written English is required (IELTS > 7.0) (Being able to use Japanese, Korean, and Chinese is an advantage)
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Familiar and comfortable with technology.
Good team management ability: 3- 5 employees below
Relationships must be very good: Own network base or must have a large customer network.
Working experience in IT industry, project manager or product owner position is preferred
Driven to acquire high commission
