Following up with customers to understand their needs.
Performing necessary administrative work, including filing reports or presenting documents to the sales team.
Acknowledging customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls.
Arranging appointments with clients and the sales team.
Providing necessary data or reports to the sales team.
Generating and processing new sales leads as necessary.

Requirement:
Must have:
Proficient in Chinese (HKS5 or equivalent), both speaking and listening.
Knowledge in IT fields, economics and/or equivalent experience.
Teamwork and motivational skills.
Excellent communication skills communicate clearly and thoroughly. Have the ability to negotiate with customers.
Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
