Sales Lead One Mount

Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Human Capital Management and Human Resources Technology sectors
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Be a trusted advisor, provide guidance on industry best practices and emerging trends.
• Understand business needs and challenges to propose tailored HCM/HN solutions.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain accurate and up- to- date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities using the company&039;s CRM system.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our HCM/HN solutions.
• Provide feedback from the field to contribute to product enhancements and improvements.

Requirements
• Ability to build and nurture client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Results- oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
• Strong understanding of corporate treasury and Finance processes and technology solutions to automate them
• Proven track record of success in sales, specifically within the B2B or Tech Solutions Sales industry in the BFSI domain like TMS
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA is a plus)
