Mô tả công việc

Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base. Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to exploit them.
Sales Operations Management: Oversee the management of the main sales email and ensure timely and accurate responses to client requests, including quotes and invoices. Ensure that the sales process is streamlined and efficient.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long- lasting customer
Direct Reporting: Report directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing (Australia), providing regular updates on sales activities, progress towards targets, and market insights. Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends and new
development opportunities.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and
relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Address client concerns and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.

Confidentiality and Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Travel and Calendar Management: Assist with travel arrangements for sales- related activities and optimize the Head of Sales and Marketing&039;s schedule to prioritize key sales activities and meetings.
Collaboration and Communication: Serve as a central point of contact between the Sales Team in Vietnam and the Head of Sales and Marketing in Australia, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration. Ensure that relevant information is communicated effectively and promptly.
Meeting and Event Coordination: Coordinate and lead sales meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow- up on action items. Plan and execute sales events, conferences, and marketing initiatives to enhance client engagement and drive sales.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements:
· Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
· Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast- paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or management role.
· Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
· Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
· Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, team members, and management.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
· Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to maintain a customer- centric approach and build lasting client relationships.
