RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take responsibility for sales of all modality products, such as DR (Panel and X- Ray Generator), Mammo DR, CT, MRI, Ultrasound by managing dealers and customers in South (from Danang to Ca Mau)
To ensure consistent brand image improvement through positive action plan
Deliver Sales target:
Guiding the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensureachievement of assigned business goals and budgets.
Effectively prioritize and manage time to allocate efforts across all deals.
Provide regular updates on progress to management and field leadership; proactively flag instances in which higher level management is required to support deal process.
Maintain high quality CRM win/loss data.
Achieving business objectives for assigned territory.
Ensuring in- depth understanding of customer needs and sufficient messaging of Company’ value proposition across the entire Modality portfolio.
Generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, planning customer meetings and demonstrating equipment capabilities.
Cultivating relationships strong relationships with high- level executives and key clinical and procurement customer decision makers; develop customer coaches.
Leading territory team reviews and updates of account plan based on changing market, customer conditions, and competitive activity.
Product Marketing:
Gathering and analyzing marketplace trends and customer need, competitors’ data.
Deeply understanding about Company’s portfolios to deliver product information effectively and accurately to customers.
Coordinating with Medical Marketing Leader/ Product specialist/ business Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing event.
Stock Management & Account Receivable:
Coordinating with Logistic Dept. to control stock level and with FA Dept. to control AR/Overdue.
Any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Have good relationship with hospitals / clinics to develop new products: DR (Panel and X- Ray Generator), Mammo DR, CT, MRI, Ultrasound
Possessing a strong sense of ownership and being accountable for missions, overcome challenges and difficulties to pursue the final goals.
Good at listening and mutual communication skill in English.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Willingness and ability to travel.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, or related field. Medical/ biotechnology background is a plus point.
High potential performer with proven success in previous roles
Ability to generate ideas/ initiatives/innovations that create value and improve processes instead of just following the previous way.
Have +3 experience- year working in medical equipment Business. Experience in Radiology field is a plus point.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking and implementation.
Great ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain positive relationships by managing their expectations as well as the desired outcome appropriately is known.
