SALES LEADER (ANIMAL NUTRITION)

* In this role, you will be responsible to lead the Animal Nutrition team covering the global market.

- Sales & Business Development: Develop and coordinate new businesses, product positioning, proposals and presentations for potential customers in global market.

- Market Intelligence: Update market trends/changes, scan relevant industries & stakeholders to identify potential collaboration opportunities.

- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing activities and documents.

- Leadership role:

+ Develop sales plan and strategy and lead and manage teams to achieve the KPI metrics

+ Provide coaching and training to team members

- Other ad-hoc tasks by requests (e.g., internal sharing & training, data processing & report, pitching, etc.)

* EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor/ Master’s degree from top Vietnamese or foreign universities majoring in Animal husbandry, Veterinary, etc.

 - AT LEAST 4 YEARS of experience in animal/aquaculture husbandry industry with at least 2 YEARS in Leadership position

* SKILLS REQUIREMENT:

- Hard skills & Soft skills:

+ Fluency in English speaking and writing is a must (IELTS at least 6.5, or TOEFL 80)

+ Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills

+ Logical/critical thinking & Problem-solving skills

+ Ability to multitask & work under pressure

- Attitude:

+ High responsibility and self-contain

+ Active listening, proactive, and self-reflection

- Frequent international & domestic travel might be required
