Sales Leasing Officer (Aeon Mall Hue - 349) AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd.

AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd is a core enterprise of AEON group, specializing in shopping mall development and business operation. Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Sales Officer (Leasing).
+ Work location: AEON MALL Hue – Vietinbank Building, No. 2 Le Quy Don Street, Phu Hoi Ward, Hue City, Thua Thien Hue (Temporary office).
+ Working time: On average 5 days/ week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5- 7 C shifts per month), 1- 2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
+ Report to: Executive/ Senior Executive.
Approach potential customers/ tenants to offer space leasing for appropriate purposes (common areas in the mall like event spaces, meeting room/ hall, slots for wagons, LED screens for advertising, etc.) (20%);
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor or higher managers (5%).
Support customers/ tenants to handle arising matters during space leasing time (10%);
Apply data tracking to make reports after each activity as required by the company or supervisor/ managers (10%);
Make action plan and budget plan for other income leasing activities (15%);
Give necessary guidelines to customers/ tenants, supervise and evaluate effectiveness of space leasing activities, then timely share with customers/ tenants for any necessary adjustment or improvement (15%);
Process documentations (contract, payment, liquidation) to ensure smooth cooperation with customers/ tenants (15%);
Prepare introduction materials, leasing kits, and guidelines for all other income areas in the mall (10%);

Good teamwork skill with supporting spirit, good planning and organizing skill;
Candidates who have 1 – 2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or related fields are preferred;
Willing to work in shift.
Good at both spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
Good at Microsoft Office;
Bachelor’s degree;
