Sales Licensing Character

Work closely with accounting dept to ensure payment documents smoothly and support, Accounting when collecting money from client.
Negotiation with customers, implementation of details such as price and order, and order confirmation.
Handling customer needs and quotations.
Working with design team and Licensing Character partner to customize gifts/premiums based on clients&039; requirements.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after- sales support.
Liase with Procurement, QC and Logistic team to process the confirmed orders and ensure timely delivery, and quality of goods before deliver to clients.
Liaising with local and overseas suppliers and purchasers to check progress of projects.
Report to General Manager.
Prepare contract/PO with customer and follow all documents relating to production.
Develop and establish the DTC World sales channels in Corporate Gift /GWP fielf in global and Vietnam.
Maintenance of customer relationships and communication with headquarters;
Attend events, trade shows and sponsored events nationally to conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs for Licensing Character gifts/premiums product.
Proposing Licensing Character gifts/premiums product that can help in clients’ marketing strategies and considering their budget can be met.

Industry experience: Previous experience in Sales B2B in Corporate Gift; GWP industry is required;
Familiar with Licensing Character field is a MUST;
Marketing activation agency;
Minimum 2- 5yrs of relevant working experience in doing B2B sales or business development dealing with marketers AND PROCUREMENTS.
Language requirement: Good English;
Work at big brand companies for FMCG,F&B,.... have worked with agencies in the Gift/POSM sector.
