Sales Management Assistant (F&B)

Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi is hiring a Sales Management Assistant to be responsible for operation supervising and sales management of F&B field in Lotte Mall with around 50+ F&B brands.
Floor Management
- Co- operate with related department to ensure that the issues are solved quickly and effectively through continuous communication with customer and tenants
- Check and supervising floor at opening/closing
- Control/Supervise goods, product quality, prices, TAG, VM of the brands
- Brand’s staff management: Train and supervise brand’s staff to follow Lotte Mall regulation (staff’s appearance, attitude, etc.)
Marketing
- Support brands to propose promotions to match with seasons, Lotte events (Gala Night, Lotte Private Sale, Anniversary), promotion program via Lotte channels (Facebook, Website, LCD, etc.).
- Enhance & evaluate marketing plan with brands to boost revenue
Tenants Management & Fitting- out
- Confirm the documents related to fitting out (Hand- over/Acceptance Minutes, Fitting- out completion minutes & fitting- out deposit refund, etc.).
- Co- operate with tenants and other departments (Design, Facility) to complete final drawings on time.
- Instruct & support tenants about Lotte construction/fitting out regulation.
- Discuss on time with tenants to support marketing program, events, staffs, merchandise to ensure professional image, and enhance sales.
- Sign leasing contract with tenants, negotiate tenant entry & regular merchandising activities
Sales Management
- Implement confirmed sales, deduction, manual list, modify sales error by sequences on time.
- Supervise sales performance and prepare sales plan with low sale brands.
Other tasks
- Conduct market survey and report.
- Other ad- hoc tasks

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Marketing
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese
- Can work under high pressure and self- motivation
- At least 2 year- experience in the relevant position in Retail, Shopping Mall field
- Must be available to work in shift, 5 days/weeks (Shift 1: 8:30- 5:30; Shift 2: 14:00- 22:00)
- Hard- working, have good team- work and communication skills
