SALES MANAGER

Meet occupancy, average rate and profits of the assigned market segment
Make sales calls on major key accounts, locally and overseas if necessary.
Solicit maximum business from all market (TA/CORP).
Perform all other assignments as directed by the Management.
Prepare monthly report of activities and result which includes sales results, share of market, market trend, competitive activity and forecast report to be submitted to the Residence Manager.

Qualification: Bachelor graduate
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales & marketing management or related position at serviced apartment/Hotels
Competencies:
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Familiar with overall operations of hotel
• Excellent selling skills with ability to produce results.
• Knowledgeable in all aspects of sales and marketing
Personal attributes:
• Able to conduct business as management.
• Pleasant, honest, hardworking and flexible personality; team player.
• Ability to receive as well as deliver constructive criticism
• Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.
