Sales Manager

Keep up with what competitors are doing in the marketplace ensuring the hotel’s competitiveness at all time.
Put into practice all training received, relating to job knowledge and skills and the hotel&039;s culture.
Provides information on changing market conditions, including trends in the competitive market. Arrange and accompany clients on site inspection tours.
Develop sales coverage of OTA, Corporate Segment, Government and Embassies.
Maintain good contact with existing customers.
Implements all sales action plans relating to the Sales and Marketing Department (TA, OTA, CORP, MICE …and marketing).
Promotes and distributes promotions to targeted accounts.
Cover market segments as directed and assigned by General Manager.
Provide feedback to General Manager on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition.
Aim to achieve sales objectives and goals to generate maximum high yield by the specific sales action plan.
Plans sales call activities under the direct approval of the General Manager to major marketing areas, calling on existing and potential accounts within their specific areas.

Bachelor Degree in related field
Computer literate.
Ability to develop effective motivational strategies.
Strong administrative skills, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good health, mature and pleasant personality and neat appearance.
Minimum 2- 3 years in similar position in 4 Stars hotel or International hotels
