- The Team Leader is the driving force in the account development, sales and relationship management of all clients and prospects (area to be defined) in the outdoor furniture industry. They are responsible for maintaining and driving customers with use of Key Account Management, and maintain, nurse and secure high customer satisfaction and achieve objectives and budget communicated by the CBDO.
- Develop, implement, supervise and drive objectives and targets at management level and in accordance with country and regional strategy, to gain optimal profitable sales and market share. Allocate and utilize ScanCom resources in the most effective way. Identify and grow human talent and a performance driven spirit to enhance ScanCom’s reputation in the market.
* RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES/ Nhiệm vụ chính:
* Main responsibilities:
- Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/ prospect contact towards achieving agreed forecast/ budget and business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity, and Time line for each customer and prospect. It’s expected the person to work with the commercial procedures and contribute to the strong implementation at our customers and together with our all of their team
- Plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory/ business according to an agreed sales strategy and approved sales target and activity plan per fiscal year.
- Manage assigned team colleagues and build them into a multi-function team. Support and guide our production facilities in Vietnam and Indonesia, through high quality of communication and punctuality.
- Manage product/ service mix collaboration with the allocated team for effective use of development resources, pricing and margins according to agreed aims. The job also involves close cooperation with our internal planning (PPM OM / CM) and administration of e.g. tasks sales forecasting and monthly reports to be submitted to the International Sales Director
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
- The person is responsible for the growth and profitability of their territory, as well as for the commercial and technical skill development of their team and partners
- Create and manage customer service solutions, policies, concepts and corrective operations together with the team allocated and the CBDO.
- Prepare and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
- Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
- Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
- Record, analyze, report and administer according to D365 requirements.
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
- Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
- Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.
