Sales Manager

• Coach, empower and develop the team, set performance goals and evaluate the team&039;s performance to facilitate the team effectiveness and success. Motivate and engage the high performing team members.
• Lead a team of sales to expand sales opportunity by strategically building relationships and growing emerging customer accounts, ensuring lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
• Support company business development by understanding the market, the Company’s strategic directions, identifying business opportunities and guide the team towards achieving corporate goals.
• Handle ad- hoc projects as assigned.
• Collect and provide quality feedback on product and the competitive situation in all markets to feedback to internal counterparts.
• Conduct sales forecast and manage all kinds of analysis report for Management review.
• Internally work with cross functional teams to evaluate information, analyse problems from different perspectives, make sound decisions promptly and give support to the team in handling critical issues.
• Set and review business strategy, sales plan, budget and forecast for each customer and provide direction to the team for achieving the sales target.
