The Sales Manager role is pivotal in steering B2B (Business- to- Business) sales for the deal- flow platform, as well as B2C (Business- to- Consumer) strategies for social media and e- commerce platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to build and nurture relationships with prospects, positioning yourself as the primary catalyst for revenue growth.

In detail, your success in this job will involve:

Developing and delivering compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and services.
Skillfully identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media.
Collaborating closely with the marketing team to create sales materials that effectively communicate our value proposition and working with product teams to establish effective feedback channels.
Staying abreast of industry trends, client behaviors, and emerging technologies to propose innovative sales approaches.
Negotiating terms and conditions with clients, closing deals, and building and maintaining strong, long- lasting relationships with clients.
Fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Conducting effective research on prospective clients to understand their needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
Recording and analyzing sales performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales activities and providing regular reports to senior management.

What you&039;ll need for success in this job:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed sales decisions.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, good organizational and time- management skills.
Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 2- 3 years of sales experience in the SaaS or technology sector or financial sector.
Self- starter with a track record of successful sales lead follow- up, sales development, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for sales processes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced and entrepreneurial environment.
