Sales Manager

Inbius, the EUDS partner, is in charge of looking for right candidates to work for EUDS
• Develop department business plan and salesstrategy.
• Oversee department personnel and coach to achieveannual goals andkpi.
• Implement training programs, key meetings, and reporting structures asneeded.
• Adhere to all company operating procedures andPoggenpohl brand guidelines
• Maintain complete knowledge of all products and services and key sellingpropositions.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalappearance.
• Develop strong partner and client networks.
• Introduce new customers about the Poggenpohl brand. Invite customers to experience the product in the showroom. Receive needs and satisfy customers' wishes. Create newreferrals.
• Regularly meet and maintain good relationships withcustomers and partners.
• Coordinate with design team to offer excellent designsolutions tocustomers.

• At least 5-7 years of proven high performance insales
management role in luxury furnishings, real estate, luxury retail, or other related field.
• Fluency in both Vietnamese andEnglish.
• Ability to negotiate and solve practical problems and dealwith a variety of situations arising in the company including client negotiations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Officeapplications.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizationalskills.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
