Sales Manager

Monitor / manage business department,
Personal development, able to go for business program,
Report to superiors periodically weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly about the department&039;s work and sales,
Representation of sales department report on business results of the monthly, quarterly and yearly sections,
Follow targets and coordinate with sales staff to reach the sales target,
Propose innovations in work and business
Support sales staff in working relationships with colleagues and other departmentsresources,
Representation of departments and companies to handle complaints and inquiries of customers,
Support, monitor and directly take care of VIP customers and potential customers with large orders; support sales staffs recover customer’s debts,

- Good at English
- Excellent communication & Negotiation skill
- Candidates who used to work as sale for garment, textile manufacturing is preferable
- At least 5- year experience on the equivalent position
- Able for business trip
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Ability to work autonomously and independently with business mindset
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Sales or relevant field

- Bonus for good revue

- Salary from 15.000.000 VND- 30.000.000 VND depend on ability

- Participate in internal and external courses / training to improve position.
- Annual leave 14 days/ year
