Sales Manager

• Organize weekly sessions for “sales training” activities in the two galleries:
testing the knowledge, theory, and practice with role plays to help the team get more experience within sales
You will have carte blanche to manage the team as long as you have proven results;
• Be always aware of the improvement that can be made in the two galleries, sales or any tools that can help the ways of selling;
• Ensure the reports and the quality control process of the photos whenever needed;
You will need either to go to the workshop of our vietnamese partner or check the photo received from our european laboratory;
• Record professional videos of the photos received to create a sales marketing tool for your team (in collaboration with the marketing manager);
• Manage to keep a “high-end” and luxurious services such as hanging, sales practice, greetings... you will be in charge to report any enhancement to the operation manager.
• Collaborate with Marketing manager to organize any events;
• Keep a close eye to the good working environment and sharing your ideas to create more “team spirit” and keep a good spirit of camaraderie.

• Proven management experience within sales activity;
• Previous experience within Art or luxury areas;
• Excellent appearance;
• Know how to work with 2 managements;
• Having an excellent communication skills;
• Customer services oriented;
• Management abilities and a 6 sense to anticipate any changes or conflict that can arise;
• Reactiveness, proactiveness, problem solving;
• Result oriented;
• Anticipate any movement in your team.

• 10,000,000 – 15,000,000đ base salary;
