Bioseed Vietnam Limited (BVL) is a highly successful 100% foreign company belongs to the DCM Shriram Group in India, which is one of the largest business group in India involved in Agri-business, Sugar, Chemicals, Cement, Real estate, Seeds, Retail Farmer service, etc.
Position: Sales Manager - Agriculture Vegetable
Key Objectives:

Develop Vegetable market and manage sale team to ensure sales and collection achievement of Vegetable segment
Insure the sales processes following the Company’s guideline & SOP
Develop & maintain brands and customers’ relationship

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Marketing and other Sales Managers to develop marketing plan
Hybrid segmentation and Positioning
Proposing and implementing the yearly budget.
Supporting Supply Chain team to ensure right delivery
Develop Vegetable market & sales strategies.
Supporting other division as required
Conduct relevant training
Supporting R&D in product registering process
Market strategies and Intelligence (Market Trend Analysis, Update market situation & competitor movement)
Forecast and track actual product usage (Product On Ground)
Inventory Management and Stock Auditing (price cutting, return)
Implement marketing program/campaigns and share market data and information with marketing team
Controlling daily, weekly, monthly working plan and sales volume & collections of subordinates
Forcing and urging payment
Ensuring that Bioseed products are available in all members of channels.
Giving instruction, guidance to team to overcome obstacle of channel members.
Proposing and implementing demand generating activities
Ensuring that channel members have enough knowledge about Bioseed and products.
Daily coaching & monitoring sales activities
Frequently updating status of channels of each direct dealers and whole of channels in assigned areas.
Manage Customer Portfolio, Sales Target & Forecast and Activities Master Plan.
Assign target to team members with suitable instructions
Control and ensure your budget in line with sales activities and result.
Responsible for Dealer Relationship Management and Customer relationship management.

Key Requirements:

Able to frequency travel and work under very high pressure
University degree in Business Adminitration, Agriculture or any related (prefer candidate who have more than 5 years experiences in Agriculture major).
Proficiency in Communication skill especially in English.
Understand competitor products available in market, market knowledge and possible future trend.
Flexible, aggressive, target orientation, business acumen.
Acknowledge about Agri-business
Good at self- management skill, good Reporting skill & Good Presentation skill
Be familiar with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies, along with common computer programs
