Sales Manager (Automotive)

- Coordinate with concern person(s) to set up dealer sales operation policy
- Maintaining database of customers and interested parties
- Summary dealer sales & sales activity report
- Manage dealer order for making sales plan
- Ensuring that the order and delivery process runs smoothly
- Manage Dealer Customer Relation Management (CRM) result
- Other assignments and projects
- Coordinate with concern person(s) to develop Dealer sales team and performance
- Summary company sales report
- Interaction with all internal divisions (After Sales, Marketing, Finance) of company.
- Fully responsible for the sales team and their performance
- Responsible for sales training

- Drives continuous improvement
- Good English communication
- At least 5 years sales experience in the commercial vehicle industry, including 3 years in the managerial level.
- Good at leading and organizational skills.
- Preferable with car driving license
- Good at strategic thinking, analysing, forecasting, planning and managing.
- Computer skill (MS office)
- Bachelor’s degree with Business/Marketing or any equivalent major.
- 30- 35 years old.
- Self- driven, result- oriented with a positive outlook.
- Mobile and flexible to travel
