Sales Manager (Based In Danang)

- Conduct frequent market and competitor analyses to proactively anticipate the demand requirements.
- Systematically and effectively cover all requests/needs of customers, with a focus on the Banquet & MICE segment within the assigned territory to ensure maximum productivity.
- Prepare weekly and quarterly Sales Action Plans.
- Ensure all sales leads are properly followed up and traced, and if the business is confirmed, ensure proper handover to the respective colleagues concerned.
- Conduct sales presentations/negotiation/ contracting to win orders, tenders, and contracts.
- Achieve sales targets and keep reporting weekly.

- Bachelor&039;s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Experience in managing and leading sales teams.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies.
- At least one year of experience in the same position, preferably in the BANQUET & MICE segmentations.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- A good command of English is a must.
