* Probation time: 2 months
Salary: 1000 USD– 1500 USD/month + Bonus
Working hours: From 8:00 am to 17:00 pm (Saturday From 8:00 am to 12:00 pm)
- Identify, promote and market the competitive advantages
- Negotiating agreements and contracts with customers and ensuring good execution
- Look for opportunities to up- sell and cross- sell NetCab’s services to clients and their partners in the eco- system
- Seeking new clients and establishing relationships to understand their business strategy and priorities; consult to help them solve their problems with NetCab’s technology and solutions
- Working on budgeting and planning
- Perform role of principle client contact from the bid stage to the finalization of the project
- Provide constructive feedback and propose improvements
- Work with Pre- Sale & Technical team to prepare solutions that solve clients’ requirements
- Maintains accountability for the attainment of annual sales targets
- Take care commercial inquiries from clients during the project delivery
- Implementing effective opportunities/projects pipeline and lead projects tracking process
- Organize to keep up to date with the evolution of the market and our competitors

- AT least 2 years working experience in Sales Manager role (direct sales) in IT, ELV, Engineering fields. Experience in IT, ELV, System Integration companies is an advantage
- Strong ambition to win big projects, grow skills to be a Sales Director
- Strong reporting skills, planning, organizing and implementing
- Work pressure; honest, punctual, happy sociable
- Fluent English skill to deliver a conversation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)….
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, ELV, Engineering or equivalent required
- Excellent communication skills – oral, written and presentation to influence key stakeholders internally and externally
