Sales Manager (Construction machine)

Business Development

Keeps positive relationships with potential clients, business partners, financial institutions etc. (i.e., business activities: sales, trade, rental and maintenance services on heavy lifting and others equipment/machinery etc.).
Responsible for developing a pipeline of new business coming into the company, based on a thorough knowledge of the market.

Sales

Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events/exhibitions.
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers/clients.
Develops and manages a well- functioning sales team, in order to reduce the risk of idle equipment, maximize sales revenues, and meet the main objectives.
Responsible for sales performance (by areas/regions) and provide excellent service and ensure customer/client satisfaction is established.
Develops and executes a professional sales plan to reach the main objectives.
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers/clients.
Identifying new sales leads.

Experience in retail and machinery equipment rental industry is preferred
Age : 30- 35
Agile and resourceful, able to withstand pressure
Good communication in Chinese or English
Graduated from university or higher
