Sales Manager (Events)

Principal duties and responsibilities

Conduct market research (clients’ needs, analyze competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, ...)
Search for new client leads, continuously build up potential client data
Build & maintain strong relationships with clients
Actively approach targeted business clients (by phone, email, social networks, events, ...); identify key persons to contact to
Achieve company targets/KPIs by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing data & making forecasts…
Report to CEO weekly or when needed

College or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
Good English skills, both verbal & written; being able to present in English is a plus
Professional appearance & personality
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent customer service skills & technical sales skills
Strong business sense & industry expertise; demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm & motivation
Successful previous experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager, (consistently meeting or exceeding targets) or Senior Account/Project Manager
At least 3- 5 years of experience working in Event/ Marketing/ Media/ TVC …industry.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present & influence credibly & effectively
