Monitor and report on the timeliness and quality of responses to customers.
Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by senior management.
Proactively drive sales and business development within the assigned area of responsibility.
Handle customer inquiries promptly and provide timely, effective responses.
Manage and develop specific markets and trade lanes, with a focus on VN–US, VN–EU, and VN–CN routes.
Grow market share by acquiring new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Regularly maintain and update client information in the Salesforce system.
Support overall sales success and ensure the achievement of sales targets.

Sales- oriented mindset with a confident and proactive approach.
Male/Female, under 40 years old
Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
Demonstrates a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and good personal appearance.
College or Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding.
