Under instruction from BOD, Suppliers, and/or proposals by yourself, make plan for the training for GT Sales team and deploy training with the yearly plan.
Strictly compliance with company regulation, regulation of Supplier and Law in Vietnam.
Make an MCP(Master Coverage Plan) for each SR, SS, ASM of operation team in order to maximize our numeric distribution.
Other Task instructed by BOD and/or Suppliers and/or Customers
Work closely with Marketing, Accounting, Logistics, and other department to Maximize our sales volume and value, and minimize loss of company with sincere and collaboration mindset.
Understand the company’s budget plan for the GT market, and fully utilize data from the ERP system and DMS system and all of the information resources, check the data, MCP, sales activities, including daily sales by retailer customer, by SR, by Area, by Brand, always update and understand sales status.
Management of all sales and Operations of the GT Department in nationwide (North, Hanoi, Central, South East, HCMC, and Mekong) under the instruction from BOD (= Senior Sales Manager) In the Non- food category.
Respond to requirements from BOD and/or Suppliers, check the data and report on time.
Make yearly plan to deploy commando (Shijoken) nationwide with BOD, to confirm and understand actual sales situation in each area and understand problem, difficulity, challenging for our sales team in order to make the solution.
Under instruction from BOD and based on the budget plan and/or monthly, quarterly, yearly target of company, based on the data, understand current problem and consider the solution, and do improvement for the sales activities on GT Sales team.

University with a Business Administration/ Marketing/ Economic major
Training skills
Planning skills
At least 10 years of experiences in FMCG/Non Food Business in GT
Problem- solving skills
Sales data analyzing skill

Salary: Negotiated based on ability and experience (Basic Salary + Allowance + Incentive) 40 ~50 gross
