Sales Manager (IT Outsourcing - US Market)

Prepare business reports, evaluate and analyze business performance, and propose improvement measures.
Build and manage business processes and strategies to help MOR expand its market in the US.
Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring their development and achievement of sales targets.
Analyze the market, research competitors, and propose new business strategies to capture market opportunities and compete effectively.
Identify and establish relationships with potential customers in the US, ensuring increased sales revenue and enhanced customer relationships.
Provide solutions and recommendations to improve business processes, enhance efficiency, and productivity.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of work experience in business, including experience in managing and developing the US market. Experience in the IT and IT staffing industry is a plus.
Leadership and management: Strong leadership skills, ability to lead a team and motivate employees, time and project management skills, and decision- making ability.
Knowledge of the US market: Deep understanding of the US market, technology and IT staffing trends, business processes, and regulations in the US.
Business skills: Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, strong presentation and negotiation skills, ability to identify new business opportunities and develop the market.
Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields. Higher qualifications such as a Master&039;s degree in Business or Management are preferred.
