Main Responsibility
The Sales Manager- is mainly responsible for managing and developing distributors, retailers, partner network in offline channel and other B2B customers. He/she will be accountable for the offline market development, achieving sales target and P&L of the accounts.
Expand new accounts, list in Retailers and get new Distributors within 2- 3 first months (must)
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Build and promote strong, long- lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Have FMCG background with at least 3 to 5 years successful experience in sales offline (at least with Senior Level). Experience in household cleaning products is strongly preferred.
Required language(s): English. Able to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Have network / relationship with retail systems in Vietnam (must).
Working hours: from 9AM to 6PM from Tues to Sun, off every Mon

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Most recent working experience at same position in Unilever, Wipro Unza or Lixco will be a huge plus
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
WORKING HOURS: 6 days per week in which Saturday and Sunday are fixed working days; 01 off day per week (from Monday to Thursday basing on arrangement from the Company)
WORKING LOCATION: Mapletree Business Centre, District 7, Vietnam
