Sales Manager (Meat Processing- Food Ingredients)

• Accountable for overseeing the marketing, sales, growth, and financial performance, including profit and loss, of the designated product portfolio, industrial sector, or territory.• Collaborate with Sales Executives and Sales Coordinators to maintain optimal levels of inventory and manage debtor accounts.• Prepare budget and profit plans for the assigned product portfolio and area, ensuring the realisation of goals together with Sales Executives.• Ensure the consistent maintenance of relationships with the principal/supplier of the designated product portfolio, keeping them well- informed about business progress and fostering positive connections.

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s Degree in Food Industry.• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the Sales field, especially in Meat Processing.• Proven experience in setting up and implementing sales strategy and plan.• Required skill(s): Communication, report- writing, operation management, problem- solving, negotiation, independent and able to work under pressure. • Required language(s): Spoken and written English• Must be proficient in using computers and MS Offices.
