Demonstrates products and services and assists in the selection of those best suited to customer’s needs
Investigates and expedites warranty claims and complaints in accordance with company policies.
Investigates policies and notifies company of competitive products, promotional sales selling techniques, pricing, warranties and marketing policies
Maintains a current listing of all customers and potential customers in the assigned territory in CLM. All such records shall be the property of the company and shall be regarded as “Company Confidential” records
Develops/maintains close professional working relationships with finance, field service, technical services, marketing and other support other functions to drive result and customer satisfaction
Prepares and implements price quotations, terms of sales, delivery dates and service obligations in accordance with company policies
Develops a targeted account list, sales, backlog and other forecasts to actively promote, present and demonstrate company products to customers and coordinates orders and prospects with the company’s order management, accounting and marketing personnel
Submits monthly reports detailing activities, sales, volumes and expenses. Alert head of sales / management of any potential upside/downside and/or any foreseeable change in the marketplace. Make recommendation in accordance with the outlook.
Reviews sales forecasts with the company’s management and, where appropriate revise.
Familiarizes established accounts with new products, services and developments (market penetration)
Monitor and report any macro / micro environment change, feedback, report and translate into the business impact to the company. Interpret and recommend any potential action to counteract and capture further opportunity
Familiarize with the company & sales policy, and procedures regarding the collection of payments, processing customer orders and delivery of quotations and products to customers
Act as a formal channel to communicate with distributor for distributor country on service related matters where local service entity of the organization is not available
Calls on/establishes relationships with resource referrals (hospitals, clinics, physicians, etc.)
Follows relationship-selling, partnering and managing of accounts
Achieves unit sales of the products set forth in the sales quota, targets or forecast
Incorporates company’s values and quality systems into all department functions and responsibilities.
Helps to ensure the success of the consumer sales/marketing plan through sales efforts directed toward dealers, facilities, organizations, professional clientele and end users.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by senior management.
Sells and supports other company’s products as may be specified from time to time
Conducts follow-up service calls to all accounts to ensure satisfaction with all agreements reached during sales approach
Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing customers
Conducts all business transactions in a manner that upholds the high ethical standards of the company.
Uses only company forms or contracts unless approved in writing in advance by the company
