Sales Manager

- Training and supervising new salesmen
- Updating information about good basket, newest sales policy….
- Being responsible for sales team KPI and team members&039; performance
- Conducting real estate market research, updating company & other competitors for project progress;
- Developing sales strategies that goes along with strategic plans of the Company.
- Working with sales agencies for supporting sales activities, distributing company products;
- Being responsible for forming and organizing team, including but not limited to: recruit members, manage sales materials & working procedures, work with partners...
- Taking overall responsibility of Sales activities for projects in the North.
- Working with internal departments for procedures related sales activities;
- Finding prospects and potential customers
- Other tasks assigned by BOD

- Dynamic, confident and autonomous
- Be able to work for projects in Quang Ninh and Hai Phong province
- Excel and PowerPoint (MS Skills)
- Be able to set up a sales team
- Having from 5 years of experience in sales real estate field, affordable or mid-end market segment is preferred
- University degree in Business Administration
- Proven experience working in/with sales agencies is a MUST
