About the role:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for the execution of the sales strategy that drives the sale of Idocean Factory on beverage ingredient industry. This position will play a key role in developing and expanding corporate business relationships while building and implementing sales strategies. It will include regular &039;voice of the customer&039; (VOC) visits to OEM locations. This role will also provide the sales expertise required to contribute to the business knowledge as Idocean develops new products for this business segment.
Responsibilities and Duties
OEM SALES
Work with marketing / product management on the implementation of various product initiatives for Idocean products;
Be able to build strong technical/technology understanding of both the Idocean products and their applications. Promote the value of the products through Return-On-Investment models;
Understand and communicate increased profitability through the product&039;s use and application;
Ability to learn from successes and failures and to put best practices into action.2.PRIVATE LABEL SALESAssist in new product and/or customer sourcing. This includes attending compiling data regarding minimums, logistics, pricing, conducting competitive analysis, and facilitating samples shipment and product cutting.Project manage new product development with customer and internal team, including coordination of exclusive product ingredient, label and related process.Coordinate accurate and timely completion of sale order includes production, documents, payments, etc.Manage and resolve customer inquiries/complaints and quality control issues by maintaining consistent relationships and contact with them while also maintaining open communications with internal management team.Location working: Idoplex, TT16 Tam Dao Street, Ward 15, District 10, HCMCTime working: 8:30 – 17:30 from Monday to Friday and 02 Saturday off per calendar month.
Develop new OEM Account portfolio for Idocean Factory relates to B2B customers on food & beverage ingredient industry;
Directly manage while developing and executing strategic sales plans and tactical account plans to support successful achievement of the channel goals within assigned OEMs;
Quickly analyse data/situations and draw relevant conclusions to have positive effects on business;
Identify additional sales opportunities within OEM accounts including additional divisions and market segments;
Make effective oral and written presentations; appropriately using influence and negotiation tactics;
Interface directly with OEMs and end users to establish relationships, a clear understanding of the areas of value creation and the specific deliverables that Idocean must execute to win. Develop a broad and strong rapport across accounts to ensure good market insight and a balanced level of forecast accuracy;
