Sales Manager (Project/Dealer, HVAC)

Manage the forecast, stock allocation, and activities of the Sales Admin staff in general.
Ensure revenue targets are met in accordance with given goals, and assign goals to business personnel.
In charge of sales personnel training and orientation
Plan and arrange the business plan&039;s implementation; propose alternatives to promote commercial activity
Manage and supervise the work of sales department staff.
Manage the collaboration with the other department to enhance the proportion of possible projects
Signing quotations in accordance with the approved level
Manage the department&039;s overall reporting data as well as the implementation timetable for signed contracts.
Manage the customer list and ensure that all customer information is up to date.

Graduated from university major in Technical is preferred
Willing to travel for work
Good command of English
3-5 years of experience in a similar position in the field of HVAC
Male/Female; Age: 35 - 50 years old
Solid experience in project sales or dealer network development
Demonstrate ability to achieve sales goals
