You’ll do

Oversee all sales operations, ensuring successful execution of plans.
Recruit, train, and lead a dynamic sales team. Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive company growth.
Participate directly in key sales activities to drive client acquisition, close deals, and optimize revenue streams.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and craft actionable sales plans.
Provide regular performance reports and implement improvement strategies to optimize team effectiveness and achieve targets.
Build and maintain long- term relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Track, analyze, and evaluate sales performance using KPIs and metrics.

Yêu cầu công việc

You have...

Excellent negotiation and relationship- building skills with clients and partners.
In- depth understanding of Shopify&039;s platform or the page builder products, including its features, benefits, and use cases.
A leadership style that integrates both result- oriented and engaged approaches.
Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English (IELTS 7.0- 8.0).
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Exceptional ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Effective communication skills and adeptness in interpersonal interactions.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or similar roles in a SaaS/ technology products company.
Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and opportunity identification.
Previous strong hands- on experience in sales execution, particularly in IT- related products.
Demonstrated experience in building, managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.

Bonus Points:
Experience in B2B sales for SaaS products within the E- commerce domain.
Deep understanding of Shopify Platform, Shopify Market, and SaaS metrics

Salary range: Up to 40,000,000 VNĐ
