Mô tả công việc

  • Responsible for overall business development and sales of company products.
  • Ensure company's targets and achieve budgeted sales targets & gross margin by maintaining market share of existing products supplies, getting price increases following the business strategy and generating new business
  • Promote products and provide continuous after sales support
  • Have a clear understanding of customer's production plan, trend analysis and purchasing
  • Responsible for all contract renewal, timely submission of offers, preparing proposals and securing orders/contracts
  • Responsible for receivable management, weekly update on collection made based on payment terms
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and offer appropriate products/service offering strategies
  • Evaluate products performance on site and coordinate with respective department to proactively avoid failure. Handle any customer complaints when needed
  • Market analysis and evaluate competitors’ activities relating to sales, qualities, pricings, sales and product deliveries
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports monthly
  • Ensure strict company compliance
  • Other duties as requested by management

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Metallurgy/ Ceramics/ Mechanical)
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Refractory/ Iron & Steel Industry or heavy industry
  • Strong command in English
  • Knowledge of steel plant and Vietnam market situation
  • Knowledge of product manufacturing processes
  • Strong planning & organization skill, detailed-oriented
  • Strong communication skill and customer service oriented
