- Undertake competition analysis by assessing their products, services and sales tactics.
- Implement & report on Sales strategy progress on time and professionally
- Identify and search for potential customers in the sales area who can fit potential Diamond Time Complex uses, including Flexible accommodation and TikTak Coworking Space and commercial leasing space.
- Effectively manage customer outreach strategies.
- Lead in the development of sales strategy with the Deputy Director of Sales & Marketing in advance and monitor, plan weekly sales activities and execute effective business activities with customers.
- Respond promptly to all inquiries and correspondence from customers. Commit to and communicate results that meet customer needs appropriately and hospitality is consistently achievable
- Achieve budget goals and maximize revenue by executing sales activities within market segments assigned.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing sales teams to meet sales human resource objectives.
- Have an in- depth knowledge and understanding of Diamond Time Complex key products, VNGroup brands, and market trends.
- Track actual revenue, costs and forecasts

- Bachelor&039;s Degree in commercial economics, or hotel and tourism management, business administration
- 2- 3 experiences in a management position or equivalent
