Sales Manager (Ưu Tiên Biết Tiếng Hoa Hoặc Tiếng Anh)

Job description:
- Provide, consult, and accurately quote products that meet customer needs to achieve assigned targets.
- Searching and exploiting customers who have demand for the company&039;s products.
- Develop marketing plans and identify potential customers and new projects.
- Develop customer relationships and new customer channels.
- The business products include warehouse lifting equipment: forklifts, dock levelers, etc.
Employee Management
- Recognize risks and existing issues that need improvement.
- Manage employee schedules and job details.
- Oversee the work plan and develop strategies to meet sales targets.
- Coordinate with other departments in tasks and projects.
- Opportunities to attend training courses abroad.
- Prepare reports as required.
- Willing to travel domestically (market visits, surveys, market expansion) and internationally (attending training abroad).
- Strictly adhere to company regulations and policies.
- Interact with other departments to update and support the ordering, delivery, and payment processes.

- Sharp, able to identify customer requirements/needs
- Proficiency in English or Chinese (Chinese preferred)
- Patient and able to handle work pressure
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in equivalent positions
- University degree

- Social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance as per state regulations
- Working hours are from 08:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.
- Salary ranges from 15 to 20 million VND +++
