Sales & Marketing Assistant Executive (08 Months Labor contract)

Sales & Marketing activities:
- Consult and introduce insurance products to clients, and support procedures and any questions raised up by clients
- Service and maintain good relationship with clients by frequent contact, visits etc…
- Work with clients for renewal & new insurance program, calculate premium for policy and endorsements;
- Develop new business and new project as assigned.
- Prepare report, presentation translate sales & marketing documents when required;
- Follow up with clients for confirmation; overdue premium to ensure collecting premium fully and timely
- Approach new clients, cross-sell to existing clients and build up relationship with the person in charge;
Co-operation function:
- Support the Management on daily work;
- Cooperate with:
+ Claims dept to explain and support Client for Claims procedure and settlement;
+ Loss Control Engineer to make risk survey at client’s site;
+ Underwriting section to comply Underwriting guidelines;
+ Team members to reach target and growth;
- Follow up with Technical Support and Process Management team to deliver document to clients timely;
Other tasks as assigned by line Manager.

*REQUIREMENT:
- Education: University graduated. Major in Insurance, Finance, Banking, Logistic, Economics are advantages
- Foreign language: Fluent English
- Experience: At least 2 years in sales/ marketing/ customer service field. Experience in Insurance industry is a plus.
- Computer skill: Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Characteristics: Being service-minded & able to work under pressure, high responsibility, positive thinking, quick adaptability, willing to learn
- Other skills: Good presentation, negotiation, persuasion, problem solving and customer service skills
*BENEFITS:
*EXPECTED START WORKING DATE: July 2022, or as soon as possible
*SALARY PACKAGE: Negotiable. Attractive salary based on the ability & performance.

*WORKING CONDITIONS:

- Working location: Hanoi Head Office, 23 Phan Chu Trinh, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi
- Working hour: 8:00 - 17:00 OR 8:30 - 17:30, from Monday to Friday; 1 hour break for lunch time from 12:00 to 13:00.
